In the labor law sphere we have a strong performance in collective labor law. This is an area strongly driven by the Labor Reform and has gained central prominence in the sustainability of enterprises. The freedom and strength brought by the new legislation allow many innovations and solutions adjusted to the company’s day-to-day, such as the system of self-management of working hours or the election of positions to be counted in the quotas of hiring disabled people. The technique, negotiating skill and strategic view in daily union relations and in the drafting of labor law collective agreements are decisive in this new scenario, especially because of the traction that collective agreements and conventions will have to bring great solutions when well negotiated and written or great difficulties when the opposite happens.
